This project is respectful of historical and cultural heritage, and consistent with Istanbul’s texture, having an innovative spirit that synthesizes traditional architecture with modern lines. While designing the project, we have adopted the “New Urban Planning” movement that aims at raising the quality of life in the cities, a movement that is recognized all around the world. Reflecting the understanding of “New Urban Planning”, the project opens the doors to a brand new life that respects humans, that is nested in green and blue.
Turkey’s biggest real estate project under the government guarantee is situated on Kazlıçeşme coastal road at the entrance of Bosphorus. There are 1+1, 2+1, 3+1, 4+1 and 5+1 type 1700 flats at Büyükyalı rising on an area of 111 as total.
